It is totally a scam, please away from this site. I have deposited INR 1000 to Betway account dated on 8th Sep’2022 But till date not reflecting to my betway account, I have talked to more than 10 of betway executives and also sent E-mails to Support but they don’t refund my money and also not replying on E-mails.

I spent a lot of money to play. Now, at last, I was lucky to win some. I was very happy for at least I can get back a part of my losses. Apparently, they are not practicing sportsmanship like I do when I lose. I went on holiday and came back but my emails were ignored. So sad. How are they allowed to operate this way. Online thieves , you can deposit in 10 seconds , then you cant bet and you cant withdraw your money , talk to 6 agents and they read from a script , you ask to speak to a supervisor and they ignore you , your money is in limbo ,nobody helps you , be very leery of depositing any money , manager doesnt respond ,if you want to throw your money away this is the place ,regulated stealing

I am paying sports betting in Betway account from last 15 to 16 months and I have lost amount also in that but when I won some amount in that I have requested withdrawal but they have not given that amount and they have blocked the account before this also I have asked withdrawal for small amount like 2 k 4 k and all, on that time they have transferred the amount but when I asked for 60 k they are saying that transaction got unsuccessful and they have blocked the account please try to stop this kind of business in India simply other outsider companies is cheating Indians and making money please help me to get my money I have lost more then 2 lk but just for 60 k winning also they are not ready to give my amount

Asking ridiculous questions, I have been waiting for two weeks now to process the verification since they blocked my account when I withdrew, I kept emailing no response, frustrating and worries the hell out of me. That’s my money right there. Been playing this site for two years now when you lose they don’t care but if you won big then withdraw they’ll gonna make you suffer first. Stay away from this site.

Horrible site. its torture. Been trying to get my money back for almost 6 weeks now. They keep giving excuses. I have to follow up every 3/4 days. They are asking for full SIN number to get your own money back. Is that even legal? Asked for nothing when i was placing the bets. It says they provide withdrawals within 24 hours. What a joke. The whole process is designed so that the customers get tired and not ask for their money. No phone numbers. Has anyone been successful in getting their money back?Stay away.

Scam. If a match is losing them money (aka if the odds change too much) they will just cancel the entire bet making it impossible to actually make money on the site. There are many better alternatives out there. Customer support is non existent too.

Totally worst? In withdrawal system it need to complete minimum 1 week, sometime more than that. In Prize wheel option it is a scam only , nothing is here . If Priizewheel is a prior fixed item in Betway, than everything can be prior fixed in Betway, so it’s a scam only.

Hi All. I recently joined Betway and made an opening deposit of R1000. I opted for the deposit match promotion but have not received the R1000 credit bonus after 1 week. To anybody who is reading this, do not under any circumstances join or bet with betway.Its okay to deposit but to make a withdrawal takes weeks, they are the without doubt the most reprehensible bookmaker in the market.The owner is not known, shady is not the word for this bunch of gangsters and a major investigation by authorities and the media needs to be done and stripped of there license to operate.

Withdrawal request made on 8th Sept 2022 and till date the status is on “Processing Commenced” status. I cannot understand why is it taking to much time. I’ve been using this app from last 1 year, but never faced such an delay in withdrawal before. Unresponsive customer support and chat team is useless.

My withdrawal of $165 was supposedly paid on the 2nd September 2022 but has not reflected in my bank account as I’m writing this on the 14th September 2022. I’ve contacted the Betway live chat and they asked for my bank statement. I sent the statement some 6 days ago and I am yet to get a response from betway on what the issue could be and when I will get my money. The live chat agents always claim that their team is looking into the matter but I see no progress. Betway is really frustrating. It’s time to move to another more reliable betting company.

Made 7 withdrawals on the 6th they sent 2 payments the next day and haven’t sent any of the other 5 withdrawals. Just keep telling me there was errors and I have to wait but no further contact or info, live chat is useless and say it’s being sorted, even though all 7 payments said funds released 8 days ago but have only received 2 of them. They have said it was only withdrawals on the 6th that have been affected by this internal error, and they are working now, so why is it taking so long to process mine again. Only since seeing all these reviews that have made be think this is just an excuse rather than technical errors.

I did the mistake to create an account with them. I lost some money but still had some in my account. Then they blocked my account. They asked my documents which already had sent, I send them again and again and again and again. My driving licence, my passport, a bill with my address, a picture of me. Every time the send a confirmation email that they will review my documents and come back to me in 24 hours. They never do. I email them they never answer. There is a telephone to call only to hear that the number is not working for UK customers and must chat with them. When you chat they ask for your documents!!! It is been now more than 4 months, more than 10 emails and more than 2 times I chated. The result? My account is still blocked and they keep MY money with no reason at all. And I lost money. I am guessing that if I won they would have send someone at my home to terrorise me not withdraw my money. I wonder how they allow them to operate. Someone must shut them down. There plenty of other choices out there. Prefer them.

I wish I had listened to the reviews but staff told me it was just sore losers. I initially one withdrawal so I began to trust it was ok. I had some losses, I accepted that I had lost. Betway then advised me that I was due a refund as I had used my mum’s card and PayPal to make the deposits. They stated that this was their policy and to await my refund. They asked me for proof that the account was not mine. I sent statements several times, each time they had a different excuse everytime. I have now closed my account, I do not expect that they will honour the refund. Before this I enjoyed the site.

Absolutely terrible! Made a withdrawal 6 days ago and still waiting. Keep been fobbed off via customer support saying it’s on its way. I only ever used Betway but will no longer use them after this. Stay well clear of this betting sites the reviews say it all!

Betway is the worst company to ever deal with my username is Princelight316. , I have retain a lawyer and will be going to the police to follow up, I made a request for a withdrawal for 12000.00 and 1014.27 and they locked my account and blo ked my services, the week before I made a withdrawal for 5500.00 and 2700.00 they paid it, as soon as I made a big withdrawal for 12000.00 betway locked my account its been 8 days now and I have not received my funds and they keep making up lies. I have been using Betway for quite awhile but have never withdrawn, I recently attempted to withdraw $100 on August 22nd and have still not received my winnings. I attempted live chat on many occasions to sort this out to no avail. My first interaction was after a week and an agent told me my withdraw would arrive soon. It did not. I than attempted again multiple time and never got an agent once after 40 minutes of waiting on multiple occasions until I got an agent who said my withdraw was being reviewed and I would receive an email with info on the situation. I did not. Today I attempted again twice to contact live chat to no avail and on both occasions after 45 minutes of waiting my live chats automatically closed. My experience on the site was good however my withdraw experience has been nothing but frusturation and for this I highly suggest you do not use this site.

I made the withdrawal on July 23rd in the amount of 4,000,000/-but they suddenly blocked my account after giving all the documents. They told me that due to a business team decision, your account has been locked and will not be paid out. But still, I’m not losing hope. I had lodged a complaint to @manager.betway.com but they again said it’s not possible. Then I lodged my complaint with the MGA team, and since then I’ve been looking into my request. They said they needed 10 working days to resolve this issue. I don’t know what resolution they will provide me. I’ve already told the Betway team so many times that if I do not get this amount, then I’ll be finished.

I have $1816.00 in a Betway account. I have been trying to withdraw it since July 29th. They asked for documents which I sent over 3.5 weeks ago and they confirmed it was approved. They will not send me my money, I’ve checked in with them daily via live chat and email. This has crippled my mental health as I need this money and this entire situation has caused me so much frustration, anxiety and stress. It’s is completely corrupt. My aunt works for a major news station and I am trying to build a piece for her with all other reviews like this so the public knows and more people aren’t scammed. PLEAE PAY ME MY MONEY!!!!

Please don’t use this Betway site. When u try to withdraw they will ask for verification of documents. I have send the documents more than 10 times. And mailed more than 25 emails but also they won’t verify and won’t allow for withdrawal. Customer support is worst amoung all don’t deposit into this site

Hi I’m writing this cause I’ve contacted the police and lawyers regarding betway, I made two withdrawals one for 12000.00 dollars and one for 1014.27 dollars and they have not paid my funds its been four days now, as soon as I withdrew over 10000 dollars they locked my account I had withdrawn from them before with no problems. But now they just keep telling be the operations team is reviewing my withdrawal. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen, betway does not want to pay large amounts.

This is an update of my previous review. I had been informed that my account would be reviewed by today, Sept. 5, 2022 and it has not been reviewed. My account is still locked even after my submitting all the documents requested from Betway. My contacting the live chat was useless, they have no idea what is going on. I am still owed my $200.00 deposit that I did not get to play because they conveniently locked my account after I made the deposit on August 21, 2022.I don’t recommend this website at all. They, for one, don’t keep their word, secondly, their customer service is useless. Overall, they are not a trustworthy outfit and I now regret spending my time and money on their online casino.

Twice in a month I’ve taken up an offer emailed to me, stake a certain amount and receive a free £5 bet and twice I’ve not received the free bet. Raised this on live chat first time round, been told it’s escalated etc and a month later shock horror not heard a peep or received my free bet. Then took up a similar offer this weekend and not received the bet again, bunch of crooks.

Took £928 out of my bank account without my permission I self excluded for life a couple of years ago but somehow they allowed someone to make 17 transactions out of my bank account totalling £928 which says betway my bank has a block on gambling so I don’t know how they got around it. They keep saying they will ring me or that it takes some time I’m sure there can’t be that many complaints to deal with if the where a legitimate company.

Caca company/ platform etc. Absolute rubish as anything they got on is rigged. They’ll give you a win to lure you, between 200 to 600, then you can play thousands.
