888 doesn’t pay customers in a timely manner. Took over a month to collect 10 grand from them. Takes 3 to 7 days under $1000. Plus you have to call them and hound them to get paid. I thought this was normal as it was my first time on a gambling site. But I switched over to 2 other sites and get paid within 3 hours. So it’s obvious this company shouldn’t be operating

Slot games very poor with not enough providers. I play the European sites and find them alot better with more game provider’s and find the payouts alot better. 888casino.com is owned by william hill. Their RTP is very poor and you have to play £1000s to be lucky to win a jackpot. They also have bonus features that you have to constantly keep putting money in to get the full feature. This drags you in as if your going to win big and are left very disappointed as the bonus ends with a small win. I put £200 in to build a feature that when it popped it give me £20. My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason, I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure, I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested. I would recommend no one to use this company / website as they are far from reputable. Bets not being paid out for weeks on end despite obviously winning and citing software issues. My husband has been trying to make a withdrawal since Sunday 11/08/24 and they say that he needs to confirm the address even though it has already been confirmed with the driver’s license.
