Shocking withdrawal process I won€200 they told me they have to do a bank transfer as was not going through the other way so this is now the 10th working day and still not received I payment .all I am getting from customer service is that they have forward this to the relevant team for the 4th Time I might add . AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I can’t access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Don’t use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen… they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasn’t on the document… it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either don’t read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldn’t have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didn’t matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just don’t join in the first place.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

The customer service is rubbish it took a day to get through to them as the 24/7 help line wasn't working I had to email them instead. When I finally got to the bit where you confirm your account details they just came of with I don't have an account which I do I then went back to the help line which finally worked and they were useless. They couldn't even resolve my problem what a waste of time!!!!

Right, I have used many sites , this site on slots on average over a period of 6 months playing regularly and probably average of 300 a week has got to have the worst payout out return I’ve ever experienced. Every time you switch games it logs you out. Every time you go from demo to real play it logs you out. You minimize for 1 sec it logs you out. Games freeze. Buttons misaligned. Very unenjoyable experience all the time Nvmd the low pay rate. Not what it used to be

Deposited £50 via paypal on 19 sept.The money was taken from my account but not credited to my 32 Red balance. Paypal have told me to involve Action Fraud(total waste of time) as 32 red have the money. My bank account shows 32 red were credited with the money. Response from 32 Red has been totally useless and buck passing in the extreme. I will now have to make a claim through the "small claims court". Always thought 32 Red was a good site but beware this is theft pure and simple.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was okay until I had a bonus not pay out. Complained and they said they couldn't link my email address to any account, despite the fact that I've got numerous emails, promotional and otherwise, from 32Red and I definitely used the same email address as I pretty much do for everything.

It's not even that much money for them to scam me over, about £8. Which just goes to show how incompetent they are, tbh.

My other issue with this website is the way in which they do promotions, in that, it's hit and miss to actually receive spins or fulfil wagering requirements (even though I've checked and double-checked the games I'm playing should fulfil those wagering requirements).

I would really not recommend 32Red to anyone, particularly when you get a template response to a complaint such as the above, which (whilst not my life savings by any means) is still a pretty serious issue.

This used to be my favourite site, very fair RTP. Recently its went back to the way it was, slots no bonus spins, glitchy too. I actually won on the Keith lemon promotion for first time ever. I had a winning streak (£1,400) about 3mths ago, then lost 2,700 which left me 1,300 down, spent another 800.00 pounds and won nothing and then red 32 requested a financial strip down. They wanted 3months bank statements , paypal details, any evidence of winnings from other sites . This is a mugs game, few of us are lucky, but when we are they want to put restrictions on you. I could have given them the info that they requested but it would have taken me at least 2mths to furbish them with the info that they required. Apparently although I was accepted for over 18mths by them they can at anytime interupt your activities
