Allows you to create an account even when you’ve closed a previous for issues. Also self excluded from a sister site. I had to stop myself playing and tell them. They had no player protection. The self exclusion obviously means nothing and now I’m down on money. There are things that should be in place but obvious it has failed me. i signed up for this site and opted in for the welcome bonus which i didnt recieve after giving it the benifit of the doubt i opted in to another bonus today deposited and recieved nothing, i contacted live chat who has told me firstly i was told i hadnt opted in (which i can assure you i have), then i was told it was i didnt deposit via bank card and then it changed again and they said it had expired how if i recieve a bonus this morning has it already exspired. i have recieved none of the rewards offerd and im told quite frankly its tough theres nothing anyone can do from the live chat im extremly unhappy and dissapointed

COMPLETE SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!! Having won a £5.71 bonus on 5 free spins awarded as part of their birthday celebrations, the T&Cs said that I had to wager the bonus balance 30 times to unlock this. I was unable to place any more sports bets until I had done this and my bonus balance was less than £1. I wagered about £20, losing net £5.25 so stopped as that was the bonus lost which was fine…. turns out you have to wager your own money (over £170 in this instance) to activate a £5.71 bonus and not use the “bonus” money, while being unable to place any sports bets!!!This is completely different from every other online bookmaker and is, in my view, a deliberate attempt to scam customers. Their online support were completely useless. Carl was the name of the person who refused to help. He would not credit my account with the £5.25 I was conned out of, and when he said this wasn’t possible and I suggested providing me with a free bet as compensation he said he couldn’t do that either.Steer clear and do not open an account with them.

I will start off by saying both myself and a friend have had big wins out of 32red…however whatever anyone tries to say that is luck plain and simple…it’s regulated, it’s random and like it or not they can’t help but issue wins. My problems are these – the site is laggy, they know this and just don’t bother to optimise it for the standard browser on an apple device – shameful! But it’s when you do win that the frustration starts – firstly they will not process a win on the same day (prettu sure that’s against the law but whatever) then once they have bothered to process it if you’ve used a debit card they have managed to procure a system as slow as when you press the wrong button on PayPal. Come on – you take our money instantly, give it back in the same manner! Then there is the 24/7 (lack of) help desk – it’s really just a whitewash department, though at least polite I guess! Honestly, there are better sites – the wins are irrelevant, they will happen or not whatever it he hell you do…it’s how these companies treat you as a customer that matters and on this front it’s a very very big thumbs down from me

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma.
