Agree with other reviews. Getting a bonus is like finding a unicorn and even when you get a high level bonus once in a blue moon the payouts are so low it’s pointless. You will get lucky very occasionally but in 15 years of playing over various sites the bonus rounds on here even on a good stake are disturbing. Have genuinely never experienced the level of dead spins on any other site. I play the same games on other sites and the difference is really strange, it’s like playing a totally different game. I’ve been playing around 18 months so it’s not a little while). Think it’s time to close account. Impossible to enjoy playing as the dead spins suck every single bit of fun so it’s pointless. When you do win it’s very low amounts. Eg, a bonus round I’ve never won less than 600 pound on other sites I’ve had 3 times in 18 months and the highest win was 22.80. Feels very off.

Agree with other reviews. Bonus virtually non existent and this is playing for well over a year at completely different times. So it’s not a streak of bad luck. Recently got five bonus rounds in one session and won 0 on every bonus. Games I play on other sites you win and loose but this site is consistent losses. When you do get a rocking horse bonus it’s pennies even on a decent stake. Genuinely never experienced this on any other site over 15 years of play. I play for fun and do not ‘expect’ to win. It’s gambling but the return to player is alarmingly low. Kept telling myself it’s not possible as there are rules but it’s so consistent I can’t draw any other conclusion that something’s off. With a shadow of doubt the worst online casino, absolutely no returns whatsoever and just take take take. Nearly all free spins results in winnings either under £1 or slightly over and any winnings more are generally under £10. Agree with others here I love playing slingo games and am quite familiar with unlocking bonus games and some return to player on deposits, but there is something very concerning about this site.Dead game after dead game, buying extra spins gets you nowhere and when you do hit a bonus it pays out a few quid. I’ve played loads of these slingo games on other sites but never experienced absolutely no return to player, or buying extra spins and you get nothing.Honestly very dodgy. If you wish to make a complaint about this company please contact resolver , the gambling commission the FCA or failing those eCOGRA. Not sure why you’ve added “instant deposits and instant withdrawals” to your payment method. The “instant deposit” takes longer, and even doing it this way, you still have to wait on the already ridiculous withdrawal times. I feel like this is false advertising.

Took deposit out my account instantly and it never showed in my online account, so got it touch and was advised to wait 3 day’s to see if it appears back in my bank account! Although I have won on a few different games today I played a game where I have invested a lot of money into the game to get the Bonuses. I reached the bonus on 2 occasions and on each occasion of the 3 spins I won £0. We play these games to get the bonus so when you do not pay out anything, twice, on the same game then you are scamming the players into placing .ore bets. Closing account. Played for well over a year on 32 red and I’ve never known anything like it in about 15 years across various sites. Obvs it’s gambling so mostly you will be down. But never before has a site made me sick of playing for fun. Im not even sure a decent bonus round is possible on this site if you even get one. DO NOT USE THEM* they have stolen money out of my account. They allowed me to open account and then let me deposit over 8 deposits. My last deposit when I got a bonus they blocked my account with money on my balance and said it was due to GameStop that has not been active for over 9 years! They argue with you on support and they have refunded only half of the money that was left in my Balance bearing in mind it was my money! I did not win anything because they blocked me before I could. They also have paid 7.1 million in fines due to failures to protect customers and fraudulent activities. Deposited 600 pounds to play a game that they are advertising as “hot” called “2 fold the gold” I deposited five lots of 50 pounds and five lots of 70 pounds. I played over three hours and did not receive one bonus. This in itself is possibly expected however, when the game gave me two of the bonus, four leaf clover, it persistently gave me the same two features on the missing reel of 2 wilds this for three hours.
