Absolutely disgraceful. Let me deposit no problem and also withdraw an initial 50 pounds but when I won a few more bets and went to make my second withdrawal magically my account was suspended. I contacted them and they said I had to send a ridiculous amount of info and documents in for verification. I finally caved and did this today and have sent 2 different copies of my documents that they claim have all been blurry and cropped and they cant read them. Everyone photo is perfectly legible and complying with their requirements. Given up at the point PLEASE dont considering joining .*update* refusing to accept any letters with my address and name and dated within 3 months. Saying they need a bank statement. I dont get bank statements! No personal response just automated every time. Stealing from me basically.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing - effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically - meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

If you have any brain cells then use them to join a different bookmakers. Toals are the worst. they very rarely have the footy matches you want to bet on. they also take a long time to place bets and too often you don't get to bet the amount you want. say you want to put 20 on a team to come back and win and they will say max bet for this market is 5.33 and this will only get lower and lower as the market will keep changing as it takes them so long to place bets. never had a free bet in over 2 years with toals. no live chat or phone number and never compensate you for their mistakes

I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because thats not the case at all. Im not one to write reviews but Ive done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but its so damn obvious they conning people and thats what there here for! My close friend has left this site a few weeks ago too because of the same reasons and I know plenty more people who have left them too, please people dont let this grotesque company operate anymore go somewhere else these need wiped off the face of the earth!

A week later I get an email saying sorry I wasn't actually eligible. Told I have taken it to the highest level (didn't realise I had) and that was it. Shockingly bad!

Then earlier this week an email invitation came through from Solar Spins with a promotional code so I registered and used it. I only staked 20 but to my amazement I won 280, happy days which would make up for my losses on the other sites within the 888 group.However I logged on the next day to find my account had been blocked, I phoned customer services who said I should have received an email from the security team detailing what the issues were but the security team 'hadn't had time' to send it.So this person escalated it and still no news, I chased it again this morning to then receive an email saying my membership had been terminated along with all funds that were on all of the sites I had registered with, apparently I had been 'abusing' the bonus system.However the only bonuses I every used were from direct email invitations I received so how is that abusing the system ?! Funny that I wasn't banned when I was losing money yet one big win and my account is closed.Have raised it with the relevant authorities, how companies can get away with this is beyond me.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst site ever upon login in got it gave opt in offer for chance to win some free spins so i opt in then click play now it takes me to game called ghost of dead so i played it aim is to get 3 scatter symbols for bonus game it wipes me out 80 & im only spinning 20p a time still refused to bring bonus in now for any machine to take that amount at only 20p per spin is dreadful this game is either not working properly of they are fixed just to rob you just shocking stay clear

Absolutely appalling. Didn't get my sign up bonus as came out with pathetic excuse about me already having an old account. Funny but I thought you were only allowed one account? The games only payout the lowest possible ratio which makes the site appear rigged. Customer service useless as have a curt attitude and could not care less stance. KYC is crap as they don't want to know you at all, just your deposits. Would not recommend only to stay well clear. As they say a fool and his money are soo parted which certainly is the case here. The site is boring especially when it is so blatantly operated in their favour.How can this be randomness that transparent excuse they hide behind.

All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Games roulette games are terrible really need investigating not just fobbing customers off with games are random regulated etc. Hopeless bonuses with huge wagering requirements will be closing my account. Probably one to avoid

Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn't select when put bet on quick before race and couldn't check. Spoke to customer service waste of time haven't gambled with them since loads of people I am told closing their accounts at the moment with this company

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.
