Nightmare to receive your funds if you card expires or get renewed, they want all sorts of information all in one document and to go through your bank statements. Wouldn’t let me put my up to date card on to withdraw, just silly and time consuming

Closed account and stole funds. Tried to withdraw winnings and they refuse to pay out without ridiculous amount of “verification” despite this not being an issue for the previous 2 years. When I had finally got the information they demanded in the format they insisted upon, they had closed my account without paying out my money. Thieves.

Having previously left a good review for this company, unfortunately today they have shown their true colours. They have closed my account without any reason. The thing to note is that I have done well at the games on this site and have won more than I have lost. I can see other similar reviews on here and it appears that if you actually get some decent wins then you can receive the treatment I have. This kind of approach should not be allowed and am disgusted at the way they have treated me.

Worst casino I have ever dealt with ! Please Avoid ! Making it extremely difficult to withdraw a balance of £200 , asking to see my full bank statements , whenever I provide information they ask for additional information, even down to the format the information is sent in , asking for proof of a lost card which my bank said is bizarre !
