So I’ve just had a table tennis bet the most fixed sport if you call it that there is. On sky bet had 1 game updated its score to 2-2. Then 30 seconds later 3-1. Spoke to a expert as if there that they say sometimes if there feed is slow the scores don’t update. But the scores did on googling it. It says table tennis 1st to 11 unless 10 10 then have to win by 2. On the sofa scores it ended 11 -10 sky bet say we hold no liability on the outcome if feed was slow the score wouldn’t change total con artists of a betting site ill be taking it to ibas

Ross h what a star resolved my issue so reasonably and with no fuss. Class to see this when so many bookmakers are totally unreasonable these days. Ross listened to my issue and whilst I had made an error in my understanding of the t and C’s to qualify for a promo he could see the confusion and was entirely reasonable with the resolution

Hi. I contacted live chat today for an incorrectly settled bet. Initially I was met by Christina. She was incredibly unhelpful, rude, and lacking knowledge, and ultimately I was cut off. I immediately opened live chat again and was connected with Nuchu. I’m pleased to say that this was an altogether more pleasant experience. He was courteous, and helpful, and the original problem was quickly resolved. So, you may say this is a review of two halves!

Scam betting site. Had me betting against myself in the same bet!!! It always seems to freeze as you’re placing a bet, then makes its own bets up! Arsenal v Crystal Palace….. Had me betting on Arsenal to win and Crystal Palace to win in the same bet!! Even I’m not that stupid!!

Awful morals from Sky bet, I use them most weeks purely for football, I get a free £10 bet builder to use on a football selection, I have never bet on horse racing yet they have given me a free horse racing bet, purely to tempt me to start betting on this sport, this is so wrong on many levels as it is inticing the customer to part with more money, for this reason they have lost me as a customer and can stick their free bets
