Skybet and all Sky related gambling sites are in my mind the best by a long way, the bonuses are good with a few daily freebies that are fun and above all winnings carry no ridiculously impossible wagering which is great as so many online casino's etc. have hidden weighting and little tricks like using real cash before wagering which is often up to 99x your so called winnings!

Also they take gambling responsibility very seriously and are honest regarding the expectations of long periods of play, only yesterday I received an email stating the following:

"The outcome of each 'event' – so each spin, each card, each number called – is completely independent of the one that came before it.

Which is so great to see some truths even if it may be a forced responsibility it is clear and not hiding the facts.

Skybet has a very user friendly interface, both web and the mobile apps work fine, Live chat staff are always very helpful and friendly I have made so many mistakes placing bet and they would void them if you asked, Never had any problems withdrawing either.

On Tuesday night the Ted big money game got stuck with it always does on a bonus round so I contacted skybet through FB they got back to me and said they fixed the problem but they suspending my account because they want my documents now I have been with them for 2years they have never asked me for documents before this is absolutely disgusting they shouldn't be asking for them after all this time and closing my account I think they've closed it for no reason don't go with these they will just close your account for no reason

Skybet are now paying out on winning bets on the fc nacka iliria vs assyrian united game. I did some research, contacted fc nacka iliria vis facebook and the found out the game was not abandoned and resulted in 7-0. If skybet have not paid you and get in touch and complain about it.

Trying to submit a complaint through online chat and complaints to say that someone used my name and email to open an account with sky bet. All I keep receiving is that they need my personal details, full name, dob, mother's maiden name etc.to be able to speak to me in the first place. I have never opened an account with this organisation, therefore it should not have my personal information, and whoever opened that account have also used someone else's bank details (so did not have all my details I suppose) and I cannot get this resolved, my details already been compromised and I only get one date of birth and one mum. Ridiculous.

Same as the previous review however mine was even worse. As the game started i bet 10 the correct score of 7-0 at odds of 100/1. They said the game was abandoned in the 83th minute but they had live coverage until the 86th minute and william hill had coverage until the 88th minute. They told me that they paid out to customers who put fc nicka to win as a good will gesture. Those odds were terrible. Completely about what money could save and not pay out. Spiteful decision since i had the hardest bet going right and yet they paid out on the easiest result. Closed my account. They don’t deserve my custom. Also they took the cash out away a minute after the 7th goal went in(75 minute). Correct score disappeared but all the others were still available for cash out.

This company has a new Con going on. In their Live Casino there is a Buffalo Blitz game where during peak hours they have between 40-100 people all popping bets on this slot and having gone through one 4 hour sitting the payout was less than 10% or a loss of over 1200.

But wait, at 2.30am 3 people on the game won 500 times their bet.

Lets look at this. If everyone in the hour they paid our something won say 300 each or 900, this equals a loss to Skybet of 900 then in the other 23 hours 50 people lost 250 each that's 50 x 250 x 23 = Profit to Skybet of over 287,500 every single day.

Absolutely shambolic. I have been a customer for nearly 2 years and they claim to offer Cashouts on most bets. I have had 27 bets where the cashout is available but their system makes it Unavailable (not suspended). In all instances the bets will still as decreasing cashouts and you can never cashout. Strangely 26 of those 27 lost.

I have over 100 cashouts that were successful and 97% of those would have won anyway.

Hence it would appear they are manipulating markets.

I actually pulled them on this and they accessed my account while it was happening and it proved that they are at fault. They assured me that they had fixed the issue and after 8 successful cashouts I had another for nearly 500 which I wanted to cashout and that too became unavailable. They have since denied all knowledge of the previous issue and called me a liar and that the market was suspended.

I suspect that I am not the only one who has faced this issue so if I am not alone please use IBAS to register this with them and bring this company to justice. It appears their Traders are purposely manipulating markets and they see what i see but they use magic buttons to stop you cashing out.

Suspend for far to long waiting for a goal to ruin your accumulator.. the game is going on for 5 minutes after a goal and still sky bet suspend cash out.. it's a big con, use another betting company not these scammers

I Had big problems getting my money off of Skybet. Put 30 into my account. Placed a few bets and ended up winning a 4-fold acca on the footie for 156.73. Went to withdraw it and they want me to send in my ID. Have now sent it three times, to different people, and the situation isn’t resolved. Just pay me my money ! My friend had a bet for 150 pound they didn’t give it him because he had a over so many tackles even though he had more they said no 3 other sites said he had had that they refused to honour his bet because on there site it said differently pmsl 😆 and for my own experience the dealer on black jack got 3 blackjacks and won or pushed with me when he had 13 by hitting a 7 to push my 20 and a 8 to make it 21 but more mad for my mate pmsl 😆 they did offer a 5 pound free bet as there sorry to him not 150

I tried to open an account with them today after I heard an advert on the radio but I wasn’t able to deposit money because my Revolut debit card wasn’t accepted. I was told from one of their customer service agents that they are treating Revolut debit cards as a credit cards and because of the new regulations credit cards are not accepted anymore for gambling purposes my transaction cant be processed. I know it’s their business and their rules but they cant twist the obvious which is a debit card is still a debit card not a credit card plus their customer service is zero, the agent was arrogant and end up the chat without trying to assist me what else I can do.

Panzer 7: have been reading the reviews on this site and they have confirmed my growing fears that sky bet are at least a dubious gambling site and NOT to be trusted. E.G on their Prize machine competition i spun the wheel and surprise surprise yet again i won a 10p scratchcard and for the umpteenth time i couldnt play it because the game only loads uo to 98% and stops there, it never fully loads.they claim all their games are fully tested and verified by an independent source ( apparently somewhere in Alderne ) Lol what a joke.Lastly i tried to place a tennis bet on the ATP Dubai final and guess what its not featured anywhere on the site ( very cynical )could this be because Djokovic is in it and will more than likely win , so they would have a big payout ( COWARDS !!!) I have open an account on skybet 15/02/2020
My account was verified by skybet ( skybet got 3 options for verifications – passport, national id and driving licence plus proof of address).
I have use my national id and bill for verification.
i have made first deposit, I have won 550 pounds there. When I made withdrawal they have suspended my account , skybet requested debit card pictures which I have used for deposit. It was my girlfriend card,we live toghether and she gave me permission for that. Sky bet requested my girlfriend documents ( id and debit card pictures).
they told me my account will unlocked when they will receive that pictures.
After 72h nthey have closed my account without any reason.
I have called there and I they told me I have send to skybet pictures of my own debit card if I want to make withdrawal.
I have collected my card from the bank , I have sent to skybet pictures of my card but now they want passport pictures. They know that I have got in UK only National id which they approved when I opened my account and I can't give them passport pict.
i have got valid EU national id accepted everywhere in UK ( banks,hmrc.etc..)
they are trying stole my money now.
For me this is a big joke not bookmaker.I have open case in gambling com. I will not give them my money for free !!!!

I put tennis bets on a lot and have noticed that for example player 1 can can say 160 and player 2 can say 130 meaning player 1 is well in front I bet for player 1 to win but yet some how player 2 manages to win this has happened lots of times I am queit certain someone is fiddling the odds once you place your bets this may sound daft but I'm sorry but a player that was well behind the other wouldn't end up winning that often there is certainly some fiddling going in here just to make sure you lose absolutely disgusting I think next time I get paid I'm going to bet 5 or somethingon a player that is well in front then if the opposite team manages to win I'm going to screenshot it as proof has anybody else had this happen to them ? I have given them 1 star as the one good. Should be Zero Stars!!!!!

Allowed me to deposit over 2000 over 20 deposits and ignored fact I was a self-excluded gambler from their group of companies.
Complained but just being fobbed off and they even are delaying sending me acknowledgement of number of deposits ( would take them 5 minutes).
Had to instigate court proceedings in Small Claims Court Which will commence soon.
Brainless company who know they are in the wrong but don’t realise the damage they’ve done to them self in lost business as case had been highlighted within my extended group of VIP gamers ( over 650 six figure annual bet gamers).
AVOID, there are better firms to bet with!

I have been a customer for about 10 years and have always found the service good. I like the layout and basically have got used to the site even if the odds are not always the best. Issues have been resolved promptly etc. However I have recently been informed that I no longer qualify for promotional offers on Sky Vegas or Sky Casino – the decision is final but no reason was given. When I contacted customer support they are unable to shed light on why.
Hence I do not feel I am a valued customer and I am currently looking at other sites.

Cash out kept freezing,wouldn't let me cash out when all winning,,a game was stuck on 14 mins for ages on throw in,,when rang customer services he said system does play up,funny how they start suspending games when team has safe possession till someone scores and your cash out goes when your trying to cash out!!!
