Racebets Review

There slots are terrible You won’t win on there slots trust me deposit after deposit no features no bonuses come in Avoid you can’t win

DISHONESTAfter a fairly short while I realised that I would not be using Racebets very often as other companies such as Skybet and Bet365 are easier to bet with and promotions are quite generous. So I decided to close my account with a balance of £77. In order to pay this money out Racebets said they would want a screenshot of my bank account. My bank advised against so was unable to recover my money and I couldn’d use this money for betting as my account had been closed. I have since relented and sent requested screenshot but have refused to pay out the money and do not answer emails. Basically Racebets is dishonest judging by my experience and the numerous complaints detailed on this website. AVOID.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

Worst casino site around company must make 99% of profits on this site as rigged as hell! No teasing on this site just steals your money as no matter what you play you will never get a win! Usual cpl of nothing wins but basically sit and watch your money get stolen without even hunting at a chance if you winning occasionally! Appalling

FRAUD!!! BETFAIR STOLE MY MONEY. THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND DO NOT MAKE A REIMBURSEMENT OF THE MONEY THAT I HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT!!

Never have a problem with QuinnBet, always good service.

I don’t normally bother with reviews but this company really are on another level when it comes to lacking manners and being totally ignorant. All live chat seem capable of doing is demanding your bet ID even when it’s not relevant.I will bet elsewhere. Maybe they’ll improve their attitude when they lose customers

Dirty disgusting disgrace of a bookmaker.. opened account placed bets all good.. then I didnt bet for a week and then they send me 20 free Spins so I logged into play them.. less than 30 minutes later an email comes saying I now have restrictions on my account and can no longer opt into any kind of promotion Disgusting.. no wonder so many people hate this company… scum of the earth

Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

Awful site, games are so rigged and you’ll never get any bonuses or feature Another crap con of a site

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus’s and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus’s which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. This is a scam online by these company’s so you have been warned and I hope the gambling commission investigates them properly.

Bet365 Got to be the worst betting app going, always down and Won’t let you login, all the money Bet365 make and can’t sort their rubbish app out ???

As soon as you win a few bets or place higher bets they cancel promotions and stake restricted you. Garbage bookie

Wouldn’t even bother giving it 1 star! It’s all take take take, you’ll never win, and there’s never any promotions for existing customers

THE WORST FIRM i EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFEThe fact they dont respond to reviews on here says it all

I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and Im VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . If I was an online Casino owner and my customers are VIP I treat them like one and make sure theyre happy!!

it is unbelievable that we are allowing gambling commission and william hill to keep stealing users money! this only demonstrates how corrupt the gambling industry is!! i have only found one company so far, who helped me get my money back after william hill refused today out my winnings and return my deposit. thisisgambling.com they are doing everything the gambling commission should be which is protecting customers and preventing crime!

This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem. It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless. As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I’ll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company

Reply

The usual game i play has been back on site 3 deposits on this and only a 40p win??? Really. Seems being of the site the RTP is 0.

Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Still as vile as ever I see!!!! Don’t waste your time or money on this site,it’s ALWAYS over is seconds & no fun AT ALL. You’ve had enough of my money, its a shame I cant put screenshots on here,I’m happy to prove how bad they are ???????????

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later Im still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. Avoid this company!

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses. As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

This is the WORSE slots site on the market hands down. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. nothing but dead spins and bonuses under 10x constantly. Absolutely disgusting. 90 gone in 11mins there on mostly 50p stakes.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd, bipolar disorder and asthma. I’ve never worked for a more racist company where white people get more advantage over ethnic minorities I can truly confirm that the shop in ossett west Yorkshire is totally racist there is a female manager along with other csm’s that are racist.suspended for no apparent reason other than lending some money to a mate and I was accused of soliciting to 3rd party betting,bs!interviewed in such a bad manner by that racist manager that i ended up on long term sick leave.a lot of my customers have now left coral and prefer to go into BetFred and William hill which is on the high street where I used to work at coral,a total joke and heartache, occupational health team were very helpful whilst I was sick but i ended up resigning as they wanted me to attend the same meeting and I couldnt bear going through that again due to my illnessapart from that I can’t say anything good about the company only one thing my manager in the batley is ACE,she is the best manager in the world apart from her everyone else can go stick it where the sun doesnt shine

Fair bookie, never had any issues. Wish they’d offer welcome bonuses with less wagering though.

Betway stole my winnings. I tried to withdraw my account. Received an email stating they couldnt process my funds. Tried to contact customer services and email and live chat shut down. I left a bad review and someone contacted 4 days later from the UK. Said they would look into the matter and would call me back 2 hours later. Its been 2 weeks now. I checked my account and they deleted my withdrawal so there isnt a record of it. Its a 100 percent scam.

If you win big amount in betway.Betway immediately locks your verified account although you have been using Betway account for more than 2 years. What they actually do?1.They seek source of funds.2.source of wealth details also is asked if you win more than 20000 USD.Remember one thing folks why they don’t Seek these details when you open an account with them on day1 ? These are all traps designed for customers.Betway will use them for their benefits when you win Big.3.If you are continuously loosing they have no issues and no source document asked. If you win big they immediately lock verified accounts.4.Remember folks they don’t allow you to withdraw your balance also.If you have account with other bookies and it’s verified account other bookies allow you to withdraw.I understand source of fund is required why are they not collecting on day 1 of opening account.4.Betway customer service sucks.I don’t think they have a system in place. the promotions are not transparent. They have various promotions like mega draws jackpot amount.

You delete bad reviews even when they are genuineThis review has been removed. 10bet UK flagged this review because it breaches Trustpilots Guidelines for Reviewers. What you really mean is that I had the audacity to give you a 1 star rating and that wont be tolerated, the truth isn’t acceptable to you on here. Five star reviews only it seems, everything else gets reported as fake so its removed

Twice now they have refused to give me the free bet they told me was available if i followed the link, each time they have claimed it was for the previous day. Rather than credit it they have been stubborn, rude and not given it.That’s fine I am betting elsewhere anyways yet they still keep sending me these free offers, why bother?they don’t honour them anywayAs for the 5 star review below, as far as i can see people aren’t complaining because they’re “loosing” do you mean losing? They are complaining about not honouring offers in my case and not paying out winnings in their case. Nobody is complaining about “loosing”

Absolutely disgraceful. Let me deposit no problem and also withdraw an initial 50 pounds but when I won a few more bets and went to make my second withdrawal magically my account was suspended. I contacted them and they said I had to send a ridiculous amount of info and documents in for verification. I finally caved and did this today and have sent 2 different copies of my documents that they claim have all been blurry and cropped and they cant read them. Everyone photo is perfectly legible and complying with their requirements. Given up at the point PLEASE dont considering joining .*update* refusing to accept any letters with my address and name and dated within 3 months. Saying they need a bank statement. I dont get bank statements! No personal response just automated every time. Stealing from me basically.

Are they going bankrupt? Honestly what is going on with this horrendous company? Games are beyond a joke would be funny if they wernt ripping off vulnerable customers with their terrible shop and online games. Surely one day a proper regulator will investigate this company and many others

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

Everything everyone have written about these criminals are COMPLETELY TRUE. If you ever had the chance of winning anything in the donkeys of years you are with them. Be prepared to never ever win again. All they do is take your money without ever giving a bonus. And recently they have fixed the games to not give a single bonus. I have been playing for 1 month. I played the exact same games I normally play. And not a single bonus on ANY games at all. Instead when the bonus are about to come.you get the same thing on ALL the games ‘server not responding’. Completely fixed. 100 on 5 different slots games on 20p spins (500 total spend) and NOT A SINLGE BONUS any game at all, complete scammers. They should be reported.

Betway has a good sportsbook but im pretty sure the casino slot section is nothing but a ripoff . If you plan on losing money , play the slot section if you must. But trust me, you wont win. Its a guarantee. Stick to the sportsbook and cash out from there. The slot section has and always will be the ripoff section of this site. Slot Players beware.

Incredibly slow, comparing to Ladbrokes Williamhill Betway. The layout is confusing and your football category is hidden, finding the right competition is tricky. I do not recommend this one unfortunately.
