I loved Paddy power site, until last week, the interface has changed & its rubbish, Multi bets no longer update the possible winnings as it changes stay with the total amount from start makes it impossible to know if cashing out is worth it, match scores disappear from bets when match is finished & in most cases only shows "starting soon" whilst rest of bet is still in play despite that match being finished, so u don't know if that leg has won unless u were watching at the time, I need to have all the info while the bet is running & updating on the slip, unless PP sort this or reverse the update I can no longer use this online bookie, bad move PP, check out updates before u install them.

Had an account for numerous years and fully verified.

Last weekend I was playing slots and actually won for once, luckily I managed to withdraw most of the funds before they decided to temporarily suspend my account due to excessive activity.

I emailed them and their responsible gambling team said it was for my benefit which is convenient? I was on a real lucky streak and winning.

I don't trust Paddy Power so requested permanent lifetime account closure and my funds returned to me. This was 3 days ago and they still have not closed my account, even though I stated I had gambling issues (Not true)

Customer service is non existent and are con men.. Avoid

Deposited money and then got an e mail asking me to verify my account by sending sensitive documents electronically. Was told they would not accept documents in the post and.they are holding my money

I signed up an account and got the 100 spins welcome bonus. I did the wagering requirements and ended up withdrawing 80 pounds spoke to a member of the customer service team on live chat who told me it had left their end and would be in my account within 3 to 5 days. About 4 hours later tried to go back onto my account and said it was closed due to business grounds. No in depth explanation as to what this means and they told me they have reversed the withdrawal and withholding my money and that's it. Basically they have stole from me. If this was in the street the person would of been put in a police cell and taken to court. How the hell can they get away with this kind of conning behaviour

Asked the manager in Hove to just check my bets please as it appears to be about 120 pounds short , huff and puff and the says "For f..ks sake", and yes there was 120 short, just as well i checked.Moral of the story always check your bets even if they can't be arsed.

I basically rang betfair in 2015 as I lost a lot of money and I was in a bad mood. I was new to gambling and now things are better, but I asked betfair to permanently self exclude me which means I can't play on betfair anymore which is fair enough. I was a good paddy power customer and I had won some and lost some which is fair enough. I loved to play there but I decided in 2016 approximately to self exclude with paddy power temporarily for a break and they were happy to take my deposits. And this was after paddy power and betfair merged. Then when I rang paddy power to open my account after my self exclusion expired they told me I'm banned for life. This is totally crazy due to to the fact in 2015 they were too different companies. I wouldn't of minded if paddy power shut my account as soon as the two companies combined, but no paddy power kept taking my deposits even though the two companies were now connected. Very annoying and very wrong.

Paddy Power suspended my account of 15+ years without warning or reason other than I wasn't losing enough money. They are ignoring requests to refund the money in the account.
I have provided all proof of age and address that has been requested and still no access to my money.
This is stealing.
Use any other bookmaker but not this shower of tossers.

blackjack absolutely disgraceful returns.
I played 59 hands and won 18, when you play for 20p/40p you can play 20 hands and maybe win 14/15.
but every single time without fail when I increase to 1/2/4 I can lose all of the time.
for example, played 43×4 ,won 16×4, happens all the time, so obviously not paying out the advertised rtp 99.8% .
when I have complained just get the usual all our games are regulated and checked, seriously ,something wrong when it keeps happening day after day.
there are some days that I win maybe 20 or so, but there is many many days when I have lost over 50-60, sometimes more.
I love playing blackjack ,but not any more on here.
I don't mind losing if I have an equal play, but thi snot the case with ppower.
avoid at all costs if you want to play blackjack.
I must say that there are some good sports promos in here ,but not with casino.games etc.

Useless…. tried to make an account to find that my email address had already been used, they then asked for certain questions and documents to confirm it was my account… that failed, they then refused to continue the conversation saying because I can’t verify this that it was not me…. MY email address shows that I can’t make an account because it was already in use… asked about that they still refuse to help and when I ring up to complain they continue the bulls**t…. I want to make a complaint to someone that my email address is being used but it is falling on deaf ears…. absolutely f***ing useless pack of w**kers

Im a new customer, (they obv dont want) tried to contact support about free bet and they closeed my account, i was only enquiring. The staff was unhelpful and didnt even ask what was wrong just closed my account, wheres my deposit?

PADDY POWER equals…..POOR PERFORMANCE!!.

After a week of communication they were unable to verify my account. I repeatedly sent my driving licence, utility bill and a copy of credit card(with numbers blanked out!).

I deposited 25, spent 1 on a game before my account was locked. PP are now returning 15….it appears they are charging me for their time.

1.I sent an email of complaint to the address listed on the website…an automatic reply saying account does not exist.
2.The "support department" sent an automatic email advising me to log on to" live messenger support" to resolve my issue. Live messenger support are only able to send to the support department. So a very frustrating loop began over the next 4/5 days with no resolution.

If PP had some good PR this could easily have been resolved very nicely. Instead they have a very disgruntled lifelong "almost customer" (apparently among many other disgruntled customers if it take 72hours to verify an account. Other companies perform this process in minutes). In fact they were very swift at closing my account and made no attempt to retain my business.

As a disgruntled "nearly customer" I promise to relay my story of woe to as many people as possible.

I hope this gets read by someone senior at PP because I had no other way of getting a message to them. Be wary of PP all you punters out there.

I am now a very happy punter elsewhere. I am losing too much money but at least it is not going to PP. Be careful and only gamble what you can afford to lose.

Well Paddy Power Thank you ..my daughter Sonya told me she had a Email from paddy power for free bonus and that she signed up and played and Wow by the end the night she had won 12,000 all she had to do was send in Documents of which she did,,I told her please dont count your chickens before they Hatch i was really worried they would not pay out as it seemed to unreal well am shocked Sonya phoned me Friday afternoon 14th Feb Crying Mum the money is in my bank .. it was tears of joy so the biggest thank you Paddy power for making a little family the happiest and stepping up and that if every thing is done by the book you will pay out ..Thank you

Absolute joke of a Company. I have an account that I haven't used for a while. When I try to log in they tell me it has been suspended and I need to contact their 'helpdesk.' What helpdesk is that then? Go to their help page and search for it and no answers. No phone number, no email, no nothing. They have a couple of hundred quid of my money and I think I will have to take them to court in a minute.

Closed my account after 1 day with no explanation why and refused to pay me 220 winnings, can't get in touch with any 1 to speak to. Told me the 1 time I was able to speak to them that my depisits were on way back to me that was 2 weeks ago.

Paddy power offered 20/1 for a treble on the horses yesterday. They all win. They only paid out at 9/1 because they said they made a mistake. Absolutely got nowhere with there complaints dept, they are a joke.
There must be an ombudsman that control betting companies ripping off customers.

Let me explain why every single poker site out there is rigged. Imagine you hold a poker night in your home every week for you and 19 mates making 20 players call it a small tournament or sit and go, now of those 20 players 4 of them are very good players and 16 are recreational players or donks / fish !! I can guarantee that 9 weeks out of every 10 one of the 4 good players will win the tournament / sit and go because they are better players because they have applied skill and understanding of the game this is fact. So as the weeks and months go by what happens ? The 16 bad players slowly drop out one by one because they see the same 4 players winning every week, they drop out because they are wasting there time and money that’s fact as it’s human nature !! The poker sites apply the same theory they are not stupid. Let’s say hypothetically a poker site has 1 million customers and 10% of the players are of a high standard and 90% are donks / fish that equates to 900,000 bad players ! They are the overwhelming majority of the sites customer base, the poker site does not want these players to get bored to not win to stop depositing to stop playing so how does the poker site combat this potential problem ?? Simple they handicap each and every player based on how much they deposit the frequency of which they deposit if they are a winning player or losing player how much they win or lose how frequently they win or lose etc to put it in Lehman’s term if you are a good player your going to receive a mathematically impossible amount of bad beats to accommodate the bad players who receive a mathematically impossible amount of good beats to level the playing field thus keeping the majority (90%) of the customer base happy keeping them happy means they keep depositing which means the poker site drives more traffic and makes more rake. These poker sites don’t reward good players because they are the minority (10%) so when your sitting there as a good player wondering how you have lost your 24th flip on the bounce or you’ve just been runner runner’d or 3 outer’d for the 15th time in a day or rivered yet again just remember what I’ve said. You as a good player are designed to lose to keep the bad players (majority) happy because that’s more profitable for these disgusting low life scum bent warped atrocities called poker sites.

This rip off company offered a promotion which I took them up on. After getting my account up to 400 they then closed my account without me getting any of my money. When I have contacted them on numerous occasions they say it was a business decision and as I have won more than I have deposited over the 5 years of having the account they don't need to give me anything back. There in game stats on live games are not accurate on watching the Liverpool v man utd game last week was waiting on liverpool 7 shots are more on target to get a multi game treble up the other two where already up with 82 minutes gone in the game there shots on target in game stats was showing 6 then salah scored which should have brought my bet in at the final whistle there stats disappeared and my bet was deemed a losing bet have questioned this and was told only 5 shots on target and to prove a screen shot of what I saw and to look at flashscore stats and they can not be held accountable for stats being shown on there live betting page as this is provided by a third party don't want to no anything about and when your are on to there help line they basically dismiss you and leave the chat when suits have asked then to show me the stats from the game last week at the 82 nd minute but can't do that in case ther competitor's would get an advantage form this information as i was informed, cowboy company who can put up what ever they want on there live betting page misleading punters and change when they suit beware and avoid shame on you paddy power

Looked online to see if paddy power offer best odds guaranteed on horse racing. Everywhere I looked on a Google search suggests they do. Travelled over 20 mile round trip to place my bet(they also are offering higher odds than where I live corals on the Irish lottery) to be told the odds are only guaranteed in the Happy hour! Where online does it state that? Also asked a member of staff how much do you pay out for two and three numbers on the daily 49s draw? He said it's in the window. In the window it stated the odds for three numbers but nothing for two so wrong answer and the staff member was too busy doing nothing to look it up on the screen in front of him! Wow great service, NOT!

I’ve used every poker site online I’ve played for 13 years and I can guarantee every site is rigged, let me explain let’s keep it simple for arguments sake a poker site has 1 million customers of that 1 million customers between 850,000 and 900,000 of them players will be recreational players or donks the rest are good players now over the long term the 100,000 good players are going to rise to the top and win the money on most occasions if the game was fair and these poker sites understand this but this is bad for business because eventually the donks and recreational players get bored of losing stop playing therefore stop depositing therefore the poker sites lose money and trust me that’s all they are interested in, so how do they combat this ? Answer, they dish out unbelievable bad beats consistently to the good players therefore levelling the playing field and keeping the donks depositing, the truth is poker sites would rather have all donks and no good players it would make life easy for them, good players are a nuisance, so all you good players keep getting your chips in good and keep receiving the bad beats. Poker sites are absolute scum, I’ve hung my online poker boots up as I’m sick and tired of getting screwed.

There odds are really poor compared to other sites , especially when you compare football accumulaters with William hill, I’ve compared the same accumalater to William hill for the past two months and on average william hills odds are 20% higher then pp Every time , A whopping 20% ! Bit of advise all ways compare your odds before placing a bet with pp!

I had my account blocked by Paddy Power because they did not honour a bet. I later found out other people had the same bet in honoured by Paddy Power.
I would not recommend anyone to use Paddy Power for they are probably the most un helpful company to get into contact with.
They refuse to reply to emails and there is no phone number for being able to speak to someone unless you wish to join.
So, stay away from these people they really are obnoxious and difficult.

Opened an account with this despicable company…made a deposit….went through initial verification checks, had one day of successfully backing a few winners….next day, account closed no explanation!
They only want to return my initial deposit of 25 quid and wanted to void 380 quids worth of winnings. I then produced full ID as requested and they still insist on keeping my funds.
UK GAMBLING COMMISSION…..how do you let thieves, and that's what they are get away with these practices, i thought it was supposed to be fair and open?
Next stop IBAS and see if they can get an explanation as to why they would accept bets then not pay if they win?
Advice to anyone out there….DO NOT open an account with PADDY POWER as if you happen to find a few winners…..you WILL NOT get paid.
Don't believe all there bluster in the adverts…….mugs only need apply!

Really bad.

Had an account for years and years that I barely used (I would usually go into the shop to bet on soccer games or horse races) and maybe throw a few quid online.

Made small bets here and there – I think I only ever made like two deposits of a tenner each and the balance never went above about thirty quid.

Account got suspended, I asked customer service what the problem was, they asked for proof of ID (passport scan), bank account (scan of debit card) and address (scan of utility bill). I provided all of those the same day, and they came back the next day asking:

"Thank you for providing us with the below details. As you have changed address, could you please send us a second proof of address such as another utility bill or bank statement from the last 6 months.

Once we receive this, we will be able to get your account back up and running."

I provided a bank statement scan within an hour and they replied:

"Thank you for contacting Paddy Power Support,

We are sorry to have to inform you that your account with Paddy Power has been closed.

The decision to close your account has been made by our Trading Department and is based upon commercial grounds and does not in any way affect your credit worthiness."

This is very very poor customer service and I will now not be using their shops either in future.

They now have lots of my personal information which I am uncomfortable with.

Jan2019 Paddypower mobile app does not work to 100% integrity. Successful bets are not always honoured due to technical flaws, incompetent traders and customer service do not assist to resolve. Be aware your successfully placed bet if it wins may simply disappear.
