I use PP and actually I find it really easy to use. There are plenty of 'offers' they give me and it is good for watching some live sports (some NFL, some Tennis and some Snooker are all shown live).

After waiting 18mns 41 seconds for a phone to be answered and missing a winning bet in the 12.25 at Yarmouth,0n the 20th October I gave up in disgust! If they operate a so- called telephone betting service,they should employ enough people to operate it efficiently.
I certainly believe that me and others shouldn't have to wait that length of time to spend money anywhere,let alone with a bookmaker!

I am by my own admission a man who difficult if crossed.
I have always worked my own returns out on my bets as too many times are they worked out wrong.. so when i question a return its for good reason.. they consider this as moaning!! work the bet out correct you wont hear a peep ..and dont moan about me questioning a return!!

Never feeling comfortable in a shop isnt the way paddy power would want thiers shops managed .
I will avoid in future .. BE AWARE!!
CHECK YOUR BETS AND NEVER USE YOUR CARD TO PLACE BETS OR FOBT. winnings have to go back to card, how can you trust it goes back with incompetent staff

As a recognised VIP customer with PP, back in the early days I was inundated with phone calls and emails ensuring I was enjoying the experience with PP and recognising my loyalty with regular rewards (free bets). In truth, there wasn’t a lot PP wouldn’t do to keep me happy.

However, of late the service I’ve received from PP has been extremely poor. I’ve had very little contact from my VIP accounts manager and the rewards have dried up. Added to this, the agents on live chat have been rude and unwilling to help on numerous occasions. Giving the impression they simply couldn’t be bothered.

To top it off today I placed an in-running bet whilst watching the live stream. The bet won and was settled. However, moments later the funds were taken from my account and the bet was voided – only refunding my stake. This was without any prior notification or discussion. I approached PP for clarification and they said the bet was placed when the result was known? This is not correct and if there is a delay with their stream and the market is still open/available – who’s fault is that? Anyhow, they’re unwilling to help or listen, therefore, I’ve withdrawn my balance and will be closing my account.

It’s disappointing to say the least. But hopefully I’ll get a better service for my money elsewhere and by sharing my experience others may think twice about using PP – as if they treat those with VIP statuses like this, chances are they’ll treat others the same or worse. So be wary!!

Had a small win on another site. Stupidly joined Paddypower for a little change in games. Lost 275 on the slots over a month of playing. Mostly playing 1 for a return of 20p…sometimes you get a whole 1. Should have stopped but thought I’d at least get a Bonus here and there, make it more exciting to play but nope slots do not like to pay.. Account was then locked after the loss. I could compare the experience to being voluntary robbed. Lesson has now been learnt. Would not recommend.

Paypal let-down
Huge fan of Paddy Power, love the brand, the people and the offers. However am immensely frustrated that I had an old email address removed from my PayPal payment methods yesterday and 24 hours on I still cannot deposit into my account with my updated email address as it is not showing in the icon on payment screen. Have taken all the steps advised with cookies
, cache, browsing history and app installation but nothing has worked. Fed up now.

Site is very good as are the odds, unfortunately after few bets you’ll become gubbed and stake restricted. The customer service don’t care about you. I understand that if I win there millions but I haven’t won much. Steal the bonus, use a bit of their odds and steer wide away after that.

Opened an account I put some bets on Won an acca on my account the same day withdrew the 240 winnings about 10 mins later got an email saying my account has been suspended and I can't withdraw my money they can't give me a reason they want picture proof driving licence bank statement paypal account details I explained why didn't I need them when I deposited money but I need them now I've won? They Could not give me a reason now I'm waiting to hear back from the security team to make a decision do not trust this company thieves currently in talks with the gambling commission who have told me there's been numerous cases with paddy power like this they need shutting down

Would never recommend Paddypower.

They closed my account for no reason and without any warning so I therefore couldn’t access it. Also they did not refund my account balance or my open bet balance to me.

They’re customer service is also terrible and it will get you nowhere.

There is a problem with logging on to my Paddy Power account and I used their online chat support to try and remedy it. It's a 10 minutes to get past the chat robot another 10 minutes for a human to start chatting and then it took 5 minutes to get a response every time I sent a message to the person. In the end the agent didn't resolve my problem and simply ended the chat session. Once I can login again I'll be closing my Paddy Power account.

Absolute joke shut mine my mums and dads account down for no reason… followed the refer a friend policy and shut our accounts down with no reasoning no explanation have cheek to put on email have questions click here try to talk to some on guess what you can’t as you have shut the account and have to log in to talk!!!!! I’ve read some of the bad reviews and I’m shocked by them to be honest. I find paddy power to be one of the best I’ve used. For Slots and sports. I don’t expect to win big all the time. I’ve no problem with the smaller wins as they keep you going. They’ve always been really helpful anytime I’ve contact them also.

Just found that by 1 click an unstable stepson can just click log in and he on my acc I know I'm to trusting leave laptop open for all to use but worse he shows me how easy he paid into PP just using 3 digit on my card which he knew from getting goods as it was all saved on acc only realised when my card declined in shop an checked online to see he deposited hundreds and I'm now skint he has mental proplems and addictions. I'm checking with legal group why my privacy was not safeguarded better by PP app no safeguards or other checks to verify It was me checking if they failed to protect my privacy rights I know it was a crime on his part and he will be dealt with but didnt realise how easy it was to be let down bad by PP and cant seem to find good way or who to contact il leave it with solicitor to check legal matters just close acc never use one again… better security system needed I'd say in mean time il go hungry for couple weeks

Really bad customer support can lock your account out for being responsible basically a winner and has taken them a week to address it to ring me. Are you scared of what I will open your eyes too Paddypower? I am responsible just because the lady on the chat was trigger happy and in a locking out mood.
Ridiclulous they have the power to lock you out but have no power to unlock it.
1st time in over 20years of using these sites I have been locked out to.
Back to school for customer services In my opinion !!!

I have been with PP a few years now, not a big gambler, just a little flutter everday, and never had any problems. Just went to check my account, logged in, and it say
"Your account has been closed".
Why? I still have money in my account also, not much, but that is not the point.

Why has my account been closed, how can I contact them. Very disappointed.

Joined and claims my account status is confirmed and only when i go to start a game i get ACCOUNT LOCKED, it allows to deposit money ect but not actually start a game

Deposited 20, got an email saying that my account has been locked, they said they look forward to hearing from me to fix this.

But when you click on all their links to 'contact' them, they asked me to log in and then it just says that my account has been closed. Nightmare, I'm still trying to find a way to contact them. I have several open bets with them and this seems incredibly unprofessional.

They are dreadful. They spend so much on silly gimmicky adverts to get business. Thats because their odds are so poor. Don't believe me? Check an odds comparison site and they are never best odds on anything in fact they are usually worst odds of the lot

Paddy power cash out is fraud

Ok so i had 2 football bets what was the same bet of 4 teams . 1 of my bets was a 5 pounds bet my other was my change what was 64p. Ok so 2 out of my 4 teams had won and i was waiting until the next day for my other 2 teams to play . Both my bets at this point was at a cash out of 12 p for my low bet and 8.80p for my high bet . Now all night to this morning i have been watching my high bet go down in value to under 7 pounds from 8.80p but my low bet had stayed the same on 12p . How is this possible when both bets are the same . None of my last 2 teams had played . So why has the value of 1 bet gone down when my other low bet has stayed the same value at 12 p . I contacted paddy power up and they had no answer for me . My reason is they just dont want you yo cash out your bigger bet do they lower the cash out price . Now is this fair as both bets are the same a complete rip of my advice is dont bet at paddy power they make there own cash out prices and dont stick to the rules and regulations. I will never place a bet here again in my life . And to top this of they had me in a chat untill a football team had scored against my bet ehat then took it right down to 3.68p i belive they did this so i would not cash out my bet as i cashed out on other bets that was up . It was only after that team had scored they told me that they did not have a answer for me . Up untill that point i was just being told aload of rubish what really did not make any sence. I opened an account 3 or 4 years ago cannot remember if i placed a bet
i probably did
might of even won big

I play the slots on lots of different sites and leave my feedback on them.ive been on paddy for 2 days put 70.00 in and to be honest i havnt even won a amount just to give me a decent amount to play a bit longer with the deposits ive put in.i can put 20 in some sites and play for a while and i dont even care if i loose as long as i have a few mins fun but on here i carnt even win at a pound a go more than 20p.im not going to leave no stars as i will give it a few more days but paddy you have to let a few wins to have fun winning nothing makes the game flat.
