AVOID!! Just like the other reviews i deposited money, won and the next day they closed my account for NO reason and will not allow me to withdraw my money. Have made contact with them everyday and they just ignore me. I have now escalated to Resolva and the gambling commission. Have no idea how they are able to get away with doing this to so many people. Complete SCAM!!

So deposited alot with this company as soon as I request a withdrawal they make things hard asking for every document known to man. Even with every document they asked for still making things hard. If they pay me my winnings ill change this review but until then avoid avoid avoid. They take our hard earned money off us easily enough but when you try claim back a tiny percentage of what you've actually put in they start to ask every question like being frisked by police! If they honestly concerned where your income was coming from or your address surely they wouldn't take your money in the first place! Absolute joke!!

Won over £30k 5 days ago all identification document submitted and approved .submitted the withdrawl request and it still currently sitting at pending.received email confirmation of my winnings.and still no new update when they say 24-48 hours payout. Been on live chat everyday and being told it with the finance company and it will be reviewed shortly. As there is a long queue of withdrawl request .hopefully I won't be waiting much more otherwise I will be taking this futher as it theft .I've screen shoted all communication aswell incase I need it .by all means I will be putting a positive feedback when I receive my winnings.

I agree with all the low reviews unfortunately. I deposited £100, it wouldn’t let me pay any games so I withdraw my £100 straight away within minutes of it being deposited and now they won’t give it me back. They’ve closed down my account. Awful company! I did everything I could to get my account reopened! Letter a photo of me holding my bank card spoke to safer gambling! And when I got it opened and went to deposit they said my account had been disabled so now they have all my information and I have no site! Tried chatting but no one is helpful I would avoid this site I’m reporting it further right now as that is fishy to me!!!

Those laughable positive reviews are pure fiction. This is a company that charges you to deposit then doesn't allow you to play as you have reached a limit over all of their sites. Then it charges you again to get your money back out. All part of AG Communications who make it as hard as possible to get your money out until you send constant reminders to try and get your money back. This is not a betting site - it outs barriers in the way at every chance. Try and avoid Mr Mega in particular but watch for AG Communications in general

I must say my experience has been great. I was worried as I had won 6000 last night, then came on here and instantly regretted and worried I wouldnt get my money. Less than 12 hours later all the withdrawals into my account. They asked for verification documents and honestly as soon as I gave that, 20 mins later the money was in my account. This is a genuine review.

But when I tried to withdraw winnings they said that bonus terms and conditions were breached. There was no warning that betting over 5 spins would abuse their bonus policy when the bets were placed. They are happy to take your money but as soon as you win this is a problem written at the bottom of page 9 on their terms and conditions. When contacting customer service you are responded with what I can only presume is a robotic system as for every different question asked you get word for word the same response.I have never written a review before in my life but just feel I had to put this out and hopefully people read this before using the site like i did. To top it off they have locked me out of the account so I can no longer contact them. Could not explain how illegitimate this online Casio is.

Then whilst playing a pop up to download something on their site to play came up so I clicked on it! Woke up this morning my bank details email details everything had been hacked! I got a call from the bank and apple telling me that they my passwords had been leaked and heyspin were responsible they even tried to stop a pop up block many times beforehand! If I can upload proof I will to warn others! Ive contacted gambling commission! Also went on to chat today to ask why this has happened to which they denied and when I told them Im contacting gambling commission theyve closed my account down ? so if that doesnt scream guilt what does! If they had nothing to hide they would not feel the need to close my account I have everything saved even the cons denying it! Be very careful this site is dangerous!!

I don't have the words to describe how bad this site is, it should be barred and fined by whoever regulates these sites, customer service -50, fairness - 50, responsible gambling site -50, won 8.5 thousand after spending 1000 intially and are pretty much refusing to pay out trying to tell me to wait until management contact me no word after a month can't speak to anyone management don't have an email so don't understand how they are going to contact me anyway, trying to wait as long as they can so they think I will forget about it, I would recommend taking your money and throwing it in the bin before I would recommend this site never again

Good good good!Started out on a losing streak on Mr Mega. Lost the first 7/8 deposits before landing a good win on slots and then having a hot roulette session in the live casino. Won it all back and more!

Go elsewhere. I signed up, sent them my documents, then they closed my account without any explanation. Very strange but now they have my ID and such. Customer service is pathetic, go somewhere else.

Firstly, I use the sport betting side of this site, not the casino. Was a bit cautious at first to use Mr Mega, but thought I would try as I use over 40 other betting sites. Their offer of free bet after betting X amount was good. Nice welcome bonus as with others. However, not ideal you have to pay a fee on top of depositing. e.g. 15 deposit with an 38p fee. Not a lot I know, but it is annoying.Site is very good, quite clear, impressive odds compared to other betting sites.Their email support is ok, bit slow, but their Live Chat is very good. Dealt with my problems very quickly. Only negative is the timeframe for Withdrawals, wasnt as simple as others due to them being an overseas/international company. I did request withdrawal on a Friday and it didn't hit my account until Wednesday.

Charge me to deposit and withdraw.Bombard me with offers daily that they then don't give after qualifying bet. Absolute scam and clearly noone does anything about it. Put me off online gambling that's for sure . Same with their sister sites as well not delivering on free bets They also don't reply on the live chat or when I send the email on the website . Avoid!
