Tried to withdraw my winnings but it says my bank account number is wrong it is not the told me the issue is with my bank it is not they just are scamming me and won’t pay my winnings

A great Casino please read my other reviews this is real feedback usually I post about bad experiances.I played on Guts using a bonus had a win and was paid out in under 24 hours to my bank account they did not charge any fees.If you use Gambling sites you will know how rare this is. Often it is problem after problem some sites just use outright fraud to avoid pay outs.Well done Guts keep it up.

1 Star is to much!.. 1000% not recommended for players from Ireland and UK!..

Scammed me for 1btc. Kidnapped almost all my bankroll, 3 years do not pay, I hope to initiate a criminal case

They try to scam with free bet offers. Told that i didn’t opt in to campaign before i placed a bet. Which is not true and i have all the screenshots about this. They convert UTC right (3 hours behind EEST ) when i opted in but convert it the other way when checking when i placed my bet and try to act that UTC is 3 hours AHEAD of EEST. Which it is not. I placed a bet over 5 hours later than i opted in.Always problems with them, bad excuses (pure lies) about opting in/placing a bet and time zones. They simply don’t know what they are doing or more likely think that customers are stupid, try to lie and hope people give up.You can’t trust them at all. Avoid for all cost.

Scam. I took a part to promotion. Opted in like required, made qualifying bet but they doesn´t want to give the free bet they promised. Customer service told that i haven´t opted in. Which is a big lie because in promotion page read that i have opted in. Sent screenshot from that and they still deny to give that free bet. Simply can´t trust to them or their promotions. Don´t waste your money in Guts.

I used to love this casino because of the super fast payouts…. Now I rarely win also used a prepaid credit card to deposit $25 now everytime I withdrawl it makes me withdrawl $25 to this prepaid card that can not be loaded. And then they cancel the $25 withdrawl to that card and deposit back to my account. Everytime I withdrawl….. Also spend over $100 trying to get the game of guts spinsma 50 free spins on Xmas sugar rush. Finally got it first 50 free spins won $5 next day I have 30 free spins on legacy of dead, support says there having an issue with spinsma.. so 30 free spins on the worst game ever. Eon $1.15 $6.15 total and it cost me over $100. I was a dedicated player until this was my icing . I will NEVER deposit another penny.

You rarely win anything. Slots are staged. Go somewhere else to prove your luck.

Reply

There rewards system is pointless, you have to deposit alot to even fill the game of guts bar up to be lucky if you get 3 free spins on a game that never pays out. Very rarely do you win. The only thing they have going is fast payouts if you happen to win. Casino Rewards gives a bonus every deposit, with no playthrough.

Used to be reasonable fear casino as far as online casinos go but overtime winz got less and less. Chat staff have you waiting for nothing. Fast payouts but thats if you actually win

I had high hopes for this casino, but they shattered my expectations. When it was time to withdraw my winnings, it turned into a complete nightmare. Their withdrawal process was ridiculously complicated and full of unnecessary delays. Trying to get any assistance from their customer support was like talking to a brick wall. It’s clear that Guts Casino doesn’t care about their players’ satisfaction. I’ve had enough of their nonsense and switched to bit7casino.com that actually knows how to treat its customers right. Don’t waste your time or money at Guts Casino.

Poor casino no better than the cacao ones doing the rounds. Mean features and paltry wins after your third deposit. Overall user rating speaks for itself

worst customer support, in online casinos , I been fully verified for 5 years , but I try to withdrawal and they want documents to prove my old bank account is really closed. They must think I’m lying or they know.people.will lose their winnings if the money stays in the casino , Guts has a stink mobile and live casino and hasn’t got the good game providers , Better to go to Bitstarz , Oshi or One Casino

Probably the worst poker software ive seen in my life … with a not so random card generator that give constantly big hand to both player head up to induce action with plenty of 1 and 2 outter on the river … there worst than poker stars trust me stay away from that scam poker site! at all cost!

Actually enjoyed this casino until I ran into problems with the bonus system so after 5 deposits and 1 withdrawal in a week this casino would rather close my account than actually help. I would not recommend this casino at all. Dodgy asf.

Worst casino site around company must make 99% of profits on this site as rigged as hell! No teasing on this site just steals your money as no matter what you play you will never get a win! Usual cpl of nothing wins but basically sit and watch your money get stolen without even hunting at a chance if you winning occasionally! Appalling

FRAUD!!! BETFAIR STOLE MY MONEY. THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND DO NOT MAKE A REIMBURSEMENT OF THE MONEY THAT I HAVE IN MY ACCOUNT!!

Never have a problem with QuinnBet, always good service.

Dirty disgusting disgrace of a bookmaker.. opened account placed bets all good.. then I didnt bet for a week and then they send me 20 free Spins so I logged into play them.. less than 30 minutes later an email comes saying I now have restrictions on my account and can no longer opt into any kind of promotion Disgusting.. no wonder so many people hate this company… scum of the earth

Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Reply

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

Bet365 Got to be the worst betting app going, always down and Won’t let you login, all the money Bet365 make and can’t sort their rubbish app out ???

Reply

As soon as you win a few bets or place higher bets they cancel promotions and stake restricted you. Garbage bookie

it is unbelievable that we are allowing gambling commission and william hill to keep stealing users money! this only demonstrates how corrupt the gambling industry is!! i have only found one company so far, who helped me get my money back after william hill refused today out my winnings and return my deposit. thisisgambling.com they are doing everything the gambling commission should be which is protecting customers and preventing crime!

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because thats not the case at all. Im not one to write reviews but Ive done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but its so damn obvious they conning people and thats what there here for! My close friend has left this site a few weeks ago too because of the same reasons and I know plenty more people who have left them too, please people dont let this grotesque company operate anymore go somewhere else these need wiped off the face of the earth!

3 star is only for the sports side otherwise they would get one sports side brilliant love it games on the otherwise are the worst ever not even worth putting a pound on cause one day u win then the rest you lose all the time. Let’s go onto virtual I’ve never experienced anything so rubbish. I played a few times now and here’s how it goes so I put a couple of pound on a favourite dog to win showing it came first in nearly every race and boom 20/1 dog won so I played abot more and its hitting 5/1 6/1 10/1 dogs so I tried them high odd and what u know it’s getting the favourite your really letting yourself down william hill

Terrible online bookiesLiterally no wins at all on the slot games. No in game features. Haven’t even had a sniff of a withdrawal and now they want all sorts of id. Why am I going to send important documents to a bookies I hardly heard off. Keep well away if you value your hard earn cash

Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give 5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

I play slots sometimes and theres a great selection of games.the downfall is the loading speed.also you cant deposit from the slot page you have to return to the main page.other than that great games

Reply

great for free bets

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Games roulette games are terrible really need investigating not just fobbing customers off with games are random regulated etc. Hopeless bonuses with huge wagering requirements will be closing my account. Probably one to avoid
