The live blackajck is absolutely rigged. I played 38 Hands of blackjack and every single one of them was a loss. 38 consecutive losses. The RNG was either messed up or had issues. Worst part there is no support to help you in the night. You wait till the morning only to be greeted with rude staff who would not even care to look into the matter properly. Even if I had a 20 and dealer had a bust card he would somehow pull a 20 or 21. Absolutely gutted and the support offer condolences for your losses with 0 consideration to the bets placed.

Terrible poker site. DO NOT USE THEM you will pay to play then get kicked out constantly. Read the reviews on google an awful buggy app that has not been improved even though they claim to.There is also loads of dodgy stuff going on. Forget the bad beats I can take flopping trips and losing to a full house 5 times in a row…but I was moved 8 times in around 20 minutes earlier, putting the biggest stacks together. Big blind keeps being skipped somehow too. They tell you to prove it like you sit there taking screenshots of each hand. I didnt had any issue, the staff was nice, they paid me so by now everything is ok.One thing about RNG (Random Number Generator) is that you guys dont understand how this works.A casino doesnt need to play any tricks because the random number generator is doing it anyway so if you catch a bonus and is paying low is not their fault, thats how the RNG works most of the times.

Took part in a promotion where I had to wager 50 to receive a 5 bonus with 30 wagering. Did not receive the bonus, went to chat and was given the bonus. The bonus didn’t work so back on chat. Was told I couldn’t use bonus on game advertised on their promo?? and was told to try other games where it also didn’t work funnily enough. Was told to clear cache, cookies and try another browser (a classic response from live chat that never works!) Eventually I managed to play 5 or 6 spins of 40p on the game that was advertised but then could no longer play. The bonus money had all been used up despite the fact that I hadn’t played half of it?? I gave up. The next day I received my 20 free spins from another promo where winnings had to be wagered once. Did this but the bonus remained as bonus and didn’t turn to cash. I sent Grosvenor an email as live chat is mostly pointless, but have yet to receive a reply. Basically, if you take part in a promo with Grosvenor at the moment where you have to wager 50 or deposit 60 for example, you are throwing your money away because if you lose you will receive bonuses that don’t work. Lots of this being said on forums. Why cant Grosvenor just put their hands up and admit that they have technical issues. You’re actually stealing money from customers. Dispicable site. TWICE I have had need to contact live support. The intial time was on the non functioning of one of their promotions, and i was told I would be emailed a reply – which I did not get! The 2nd time last week, I won a prize that was not credited to my account, I was told the CS couldnt see it on the system and that it would have to be escalated and I would get a reply in a few days….guess what? Rtp is an absolute joke how this figure is policed is a total mystery. On average after months of playing it seems to take about 500 ish spins to get a feature, on high money it takes longer. Also the payouts are disproportionately smaller on higher bets. Like land based casino high bets feed people who play lower. For 7 years I’ve being a regular customer at Grosvenor casinos overall, but today I had another ruling issue(it’s everyday) while playing poker.., once I didn’t agree or believe that the staff responsible for the card at that time was really doing the correct ruling(and is not a surprise for everyone when a person who doesn’t know anything about poker, no proper training, no experience, how can he be a supervisor of the biggest card room in north west?), I’ve tried to reach the casino manager to get some answers inclusive if I could together with the supervisor see the cctv footage of the issue raised, he explained me that could not happen because data protection bla bla okay, and I ask “but if there’s a dodgy situation on camera and your supervisor is not giving importance to it how can I believe in what he is saying…” Whell the manager straight interrupted me “I stopping your there, listen if you don’t trust us, don’t come here, go somewhere else” walking away from me and repeating himself again “if you don’t trust us don’t need to come here”,…not even interested to ask me or listen exactly what was the issue? see if he could go see the cctv and understand my concerns about,..nothing! I replied myself okay “I understand we are treated like sh**t” because this is what he treated my polite questions.Going home I stopped by the reception and asked to the security there the name of the manager in service, the said to me he is called Pete Watson and he is the General Manager of Grosvenor, I’m a bit chocked if is that true…really!With all the arrogance is that the general manager of the biggest casinos group in UK??Poker Room at Bury New Road is being a total disaster, it might save one or two but in general the staff who never became proper poker dealers, who don’t understand the game, with lack of training and experience, how can the became supervisor? very poor staff, no enough knowledge to runn any poker tournament, but, buy the General Manager approach I don’t think any better expected.?That’s just my opinion!

Used to really enjoy this site and had all trust in them. Until the other day playing gold bar roulette they only paid me 88 when should have been 880. Then the next day same thing happened paid me 88 instead of 286. Contacted them three times to discuss this with them and was passed to their technical team. Today they have tried telling me I reduced my wager to 0.50 when I know I hadnt and I have screenshots showing the total wager for the game at the time. However the second time it happened since contacting them the wager history has been removed from the history on their site?! Also they tried sending me a spreadsheet that anyone can make as evidence! No eveodence would be a screen shot of my bets in real play!

My experience on the site has led me to write a review which I very rarely do. However I feel that people should be aware of technical flaws and really bad customer service. Firstly technical flaws. ( Roulette)after providing screenshots of ball landing on a number and not paying out, but just going onto the next spin. I cannot believe how the so called technical team( by the way you will never get to speak with or management) just comeback stating they can’t view real time play back as its a third party operator. They may just give a token gesture but nothing more.It’s disappointing that in addition to the flaws, the customer service is really bad. Even being part of the G+ team and so called invitation to the, wait for it…the ‘ Black card team’ ( supposed VIP). I have been left on the phone for more than 40mins. It’s embarrassing to provide a service that lacks customer relationship skills, management team that run away from the front line and a technical team that are, well, never accountable.I think all gamblers understand that the house has an edge, and also playing for a sustained period can lead to losses….but the flaws happen more than they should, with the ‘ Get out of jail card ‘ that technical problems can happen online. Sorry not good enough when we are playing with real money. Not a sore loser, just giving a warning based on my experience. PS I’m waiting on two complaints to come back. I made 4 withdrawal on the 2nd i received 1.i contacted them and they said I only made 1, I contacted them and they asked me to send the id number for the transactions, I went onto my withdrawal history and the dates had been changed to the 1st.
