I will be writing a new review every few days until I get my $10,000. It’s been almost 2 weeks now with no response. I managed to get a hold of their live chat and as everyone else stated, they are completed useless. They said my account is in review and they will get back to me, that was a week ago. Today I log into betway to see if my withdrawl is still in processing and it’s in the last step. Also when I logged in, it sent me new terms and conditions to sign, which I will not be signing. I have a feeling there’s something in the new terms that will screw me over and they will not pay me out. The site just kicked me out once I hit cancel on the new terms.I will seeking legal advice if this persists for another week. It’s a shame how they make milllions and billions of dollars but cry and deploy scummy tactics to not pay out.

I received a reply from Betway via trust pilot. I explained I can’t withdraw money to the card I used to deposit funds! However they can take money from this card but can’t allow withdrawals! So they send me an email explaining how I can withdraw money from my account. The problem is that the edit card details is greyed out & you can’t update the correct card details in order to withdrawal the funds. They then refer you yet again to the live chat help which is pathetic. Over the space of 3 days I’ve wasted 21 hours waiting to speak to an agent & when you get down to a low number in the queue they disconnect you. I’ve raised a formal complaint with the UK manager & awaiting a response. This company are committing fraud. They take peoples money & don’t want to pay money/winning to winning customers. What sort of website has no phone number or email address. They are crooks & scammers. Betway UK needs to be shut down.

So many bad things about this company:1. Payout times take anywhere from 2 – 6 days, nowhere near the 1-2 hours(or instantly) of their competitors. When i queried how long the internal process takes the best answer I could get was literally “I don’t know” after waiting 60 minutes to speak to someone. Leading to point 2….2. It takes over an hour to reach an agent by chat, no matter what time of day, and there are a lot of account issues so you constantly need to contact them. They don’t seem very knowledgable at all when you do finally get through and they close the chat if you don’t reply within a couple of minutes – EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE WAITED 90+ MINUTES TO SPEAK TO THEM.3. Their weekly promotions NEVER apply automatically as they’re supposed to, and the daily ones only do it about 50% of the time. This leads back to point 2, where you need 90 minutes and some luck to even speak to somebody to get it rectified. Overall, terribly run across the board and it doesn’t appear that they care about that at all. I wouldn’t go near them.

Good sportsbook, I cashed out and it took about 3 days, everything went well with the Interac bank transfer. My main reasons for cashing out : the website wasn’t working properly with my PC browser (Chrome). It was taking a long long time for me to log in, it would just hang sometimes for at least a minute, not letting me log in … Sometimes the log in wouldn’t even work at all and I would have to go to another sportsbook to make my bet too. Frustrating. I tried installing the app on my tablet as well but it wasn’t working either, always getting and error message on my phone too … so after enduring this for a few months I decided to cash out and use another sportsbook instead. If things had gone smoothly with the website at least I wouldn’t have cashed out and I would have kept my Betway account active but I just ran out of patience after a while … still a pretty good experience with Betway despite those repetitive technical problems.

Withdrawal issues!! I’ve tried for almost 2 weeks to get my money ( $1010 CDN) out of my account but it hasn’t arrived! They said that an email was sent which I never received. Then it was a code to use for my deposit which isn’t needed as I have auto deposit. The Help Bot is totally useless as it just goes in circles without solving the issue. This site is CRIMINAL!

I’m not sure what’s going on with this site. I wrote a review on March 24th stating that the withdrawal was taking too long. They gave me instructions to load my documents. Yet the instructions they gave me could not be followed because the upload button I was supposed to press on the website wasn’t there. I emailed them back and let them know. They then asked me to submit my documents manually by email, which I did right away. After waiting an hour to talk with support, support told me that my file has been expedited because I complained on social media. It is now April 3rd. My original withdrawal date was March 9th. How long does it take to review documents? I need answers. I have bills to pay. If this is the expedited way, I would hate to see how long people would have to normally wait without going to social media. Who knows, they might be punishing me for complaining on social media. What choice do I have? Every time I click on support, I am the 72nd person in line. Have to wait at least an hour. I spent more time waiting on chat then they do reviewing documents. Withdrawal took a little under 24 hours, whilst waiting for the withdrawal I read the reviews and was quite worried however I have not encountered many issues. Withdrawal time could be faster if I had any suggestions.

Terrible company. They owe me money from winnings. Taken me nearly 8 hours to get through to their live chat function then you get disconnected. They also don’t reply to any emails. I was so unfortunate to join this site and deeply regret, the most unfair gambling site ever met! So much negative to say that is not easy to find where to start…with no explanation at all they closed my account saying that was breaking under regulation 7 !!!!! The app’s edit function for cards is abysmal & non functioning, the live chat is excruciating, contradicting themselves & going in circles. Not prepared to sort their error. Just a joke of a company.2 Bets and stake redistricted and excluded from promotions. Apart from the daft wheel that spins 1 spin on some of the worst slots going. Once again, since the 16th of January i have to reach to Trustpilot, to receive an answer or any money own from Betway. This is going forever to be sorted and I really had in off being taken for a ride. They have all my documents but still not paid me the two bets I won. £50 and £450. Awful awful awful. Spent 19 hours in live chat on 2 occasions to get next in queue then disconnected. Bonuses earned through bet club not given. Casino promotions not given. If something goes wrong, there’s no one to talk to. Just an automated service. I put some small £3 combination forecast bets on tonight. I won one, but they only paid me for half of it. Yet they’ve taken my full stake. I’ve used them for years and I’ve spent way more than I’ve withdrawn, so for them to restrict my account suddenly and start stealing my money (albeit small amounts) is disgraceful, they’re actually just helping themselves and paying a fraction of what I was owed. I made account yesterday and today they called me saying why I am not placing any bet. it’s my choice. I am trying to delete account then they called me again that you logged in. I told them I want to delete my account. They said why. I find this behaviour very suspicious. So, I sent them an email to delete my account but no reply yet. The live chat showed that I am at no. 57 in the queue.

Shocking , cash out suspended due to system showing a wrong kick of date and time causing a loss of 100s of pounds i could of cashed out. Also spent over £500 on a slot that never gave a bonus , must be the worst r.o.e of any online gambling sites. Have only had a betway account for a few weeks. No issues. Partway through I got a fraud alert on my bankcard. I cancelled the card but my bank account was still active. I ended up having to deposit through paypal. My paypal money comes RIGHT THROUGH my bank account. I get an email today when I went to check some bets that my account is blacklisted because of chargebacks. I just checked my paypal and the balance still shows zero and checked my bank and ALL the charges are still pending! So no chargebacks! In reality the only reason I switched to them was because I was waiting on a limit change on my MGM account. Called the number given: Told they are too busy to call back. Responded to the email with no response back and cant get in touch with anyone through “live chat.”

Account randomly locked with no contact. Have emailed last week with no reply, and anytime attempt to go on live chat the queue is 50/60+ and end up getting disconnected.Have refrained from lowest rating as my experience with betway up until now has been absolutely fine. My withdrew was approved Friday morning and normally would receive the funds within a couple of hours ! I made a withdraw on march 9th. The site didn’t start the process until march 11th. After waiting seven days with no response or email send to me, I contacted customer support on March 18th. After waiting an hour I finally got through to them. They asked to my verifying documents, which I sent right away. It is now March 24th. I have no new information and no withdrawal. I feel like this site is a scam. I think they do this so players would reverse their withdrawal and lose their winnings. This is predatory behaviour and should be investigated. After I won 200 euro from blackjack I was randomly asked to send in documents for verification, after I’d done so a couple of hours later Betway closed my account and a day later sent me back 30 euro that I had deposited and not my total winnings. I’ve been waiting for live chat in queue for hours and the closer you get to 1 the longer it takes but I never managed to get in contact with someone even after 5 hours of waiting. Terrible service.

I signed up to the welcome offer for the Cheltenham festival, making note of the terms and conditions and adhering to them on my part. I was not credited the welcome bonus, so contacted customer services via the online chat. They informed me that it could not be credited as my account needed verification by sending ID. This was not in the terms but no problem,I emailed my documents as requested. Still no welcome offer over a week later, when trying to contact customer services again, I waited over 3 hours and had to give up. Ok, its not as if I have lost money aside from my first bet, but if Betway cannot even honour their own promotions when I followed the correct terms and conditions set out, I certainly won’t be handing them anymore of my hard earned cash as it does not instill any trust.
