I find betway very easy to follow and its user friendly. The sports then link to different leagues and competitions which is helpful to find specific leagues to bet on.
The offers and promotions that betway offer are also more rewarding than over bookmakers

Betway aka Gubway are one of the worst bookies to use. As soon as you open an account you're on their imminent gub list which is never far off from the moment you do your first deposit. Amusing they had to bribe people for good reviews. They're a joke go elsewhere.

NEVER USE THIS SITE

I have recently opened an account.

I have 12,000 in winnings in my account and had a 4,000 bet in play and Betway have locked my account with no explanation. No email no phone call not a word.

I have tried contacting them but their contact page is blank.

I have set up a complaint through resolver and would urge anyone to do so.

Finally got a call after leaving this review. Betway advisor explained that a member of staff wrongly closed my account during in play bet. At the time of writing this review they have still not refunded the bet that was lost as a result of the error made by Betway.

Stay clear of this company

I HAVE CONTACTED THE GAMING COMMISSION, MADE A COMPLAINT THROUGH RESOLVER AND WILL NOW CONTACT EVERY DIRECTOR WITHIN THIS COMPANY TO EXPLAIN HOW THEY ARE TREATING PEOPLE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

you're a joke firm that's why you need to do it
I first got told I wouldn't be eligible for promotions despite them constantly being sent to me asking me to join in so I joined in and then told not allowed them anymore

Customer service took a few days to reply and then utterly useless with copy and paste

Do not use bet way they are out to scam you I had a account with them and they would email me offers I would go to my promotion page opt in and then nothing would ever be credited , so I then go on the chat and they ask for the promoion I'd I give them this every time and they come back and say oh we can't seem to find that on your account I even screenshot the promoion and they still don't give me it , out to rip u of and scam you. And no this isn't because u lost money with bet way I just want to make people aware.

Quite possibly the worst betting site I have ever used, I am astonished at how they have taken 12 days to process my withdrawal, and am really upset the way that I have been treated and promised different things from their live chat team when I have had to go on live chat over 20 times chasing them around the past week. I have submitted different verification documents and they are causing me so much stress as I am meant to be going on holiday with my friends however cannot book it till they pay me what is mine. This company is a complete joke and the way they are allowed to treat their consumers despite supposedly being regulated and all over British media.

At this point in time I will complain to trading standards as this is barbaric behaviour

If you win they will restrict your account. Read their terms and conditions, especially 5.6.3….

If suspected of being savvy, winnings will be deducted from your account without warning.

I think Betway is one of the better gambling sites for Horse Racing which is my principal betting medium.
They offer some decent bonuses and I have never had any issues withdrawing my money.
I would probably have given 5 stars apart from a slightly annoying tendancy for both the app and also the website to sometimes end my session even during a race and force me to log in again.This happens both on my android phone and tablet!
Any reasons for this and can I do anything about it?
Apart from that I would recommend Betway!

Was told to leave a review by trustpilot regarding my experience. My experience with this company was a very bad one. Considering I had a habit of gambling I banned myself from this website. However they still let me gamble on here I was very vulnerable at the time. I was self excluded from the site before I played and still was able to play. I lost my deposits made. I disputed with beltway that I shouldn't of been able to go on before hand. However they said my self exclusion was made after my deposits were made. This was, not the case I sent proof to betway when my exclusion date started but they didn't hear me out what so ever. Multimillion pound company ripping vunrable people off at there own expense. I've contacted the ukgc. Who are looking into to this. My advise don't use betway. As they say the, house always wins.

avoid this casino. They are happy enough to take your money, but they absolutely hate it when you win and try to withdraw money. I have sent them loads of documents now. Copies of my id, bank statement showing deposits to there casino, picture of bank card. utility bill. And still asking for more and more obscure documents to avoid paying out. AVOID

The worst experience I have ever had with a bokmamers. Unable to withdraw funds because they can't verify my account even though I sent my drivers license, national ID card and a bank statement. All the above documents were used to open loads of accounts.

I used the free bets and won on a horse double and it appears they are trying to delay the process up until 30 days so my account gets suspended. Complete shambles. Please use one of the more trusted bookmakers like skybet or bet365 than thinking about setting up with these morons
