There’s so much choice in the online bookmaker market these days and when you’re on the lookout for somewhere new to splash your cash, it’s crucial to know what you want.

You have to consider factors such as where offers the most competitive odds, is the website easy to use, do they have a mobile app to make it easy to bet on the move, and how do they compare to their rivals for bonuses and free bets? All of these things and more are going to impact your choice.

Whatever you're after, with Bookmaker Adviser you'll find up to date information and honest, impartial reviews of betting websites to help match you up with the bookie or exchange that really meets your betting needs.

We take our time when it comes to these reviews to ensure they include the good points, the bad points and the most important features about each outlet.

It is important to stress that we only publish reviews of bookmakers that we fully trust and can honestly recommend, but be sure to read the detailed reviews for more insight into each offering.

Each bookmaker is thoroughly tested before the review is written, so you can trust Bookmaker Adviser’s reviews to tell you which bookmakers to avoid and which to use. You should still choose carefully however, as some bookies offer better odds for certain sports and competitions compared to others.

A formal review is completed for each online bookmaker and to ensure objectivity the scorecard is based on the following criteria:

  1. Bookmaker Security and Reputation
  2. Pay In / Cash Out, Money Management
  3. Ease to Find & Place a Bet - Site Design & Content
  4. Help, Support and Customer Service
  5. Bookmaker Bonuses and Punter Promotions
  6. Bookmaker Sports Betting Coverage
  7. Bookmaker Odds, Fixed, Asian Handicap, Special Bets on Offer - Value
  8. Free football game tips, previews and analysis - before you bet
  9. Bookie Free Bets & Bonuses
  10. Bookmaker Payment Options

We have assembled a team with extensive betting knowledge, using their personal experience to craft a unique ability to judge which online bookmakers are the best. They cover important information such as bonus offers, promotions, overall score and then an overall review written by our staff, providing both a general and an in-depth look at the particular betting site.

We have also taken our bookmaker reviews a step further and allow the punters themselves to take centre stage and write their own reviews of online bookies they patronise, helping other future customers select the best bookmaker for their needs.

Please be aware that the player reviews are moderated, thus your review will not show up right away, rather will have to go through a brief moderation, mostly to avoid spam bots and foul language to creep on to our website.

We strongly recommend however that Bookmaker Adviser visitors do not join up at any online bookmaker site or betting exchange that we have not reviewed and recommended without first checking it out thoroughly to ensure that it meets your needs and that you understand all of the bookmaker’s Terms and Conditions.

Took my real money when it stated I was…Took my real money when it stated I was playing with my bonus money. At no point did I click to play with real money. Deposited £200 to receive £200 bonus. Continuous loses of my bonus money on the spins led me to blackjack (£275 in my account) I placed 2 £25 bets and lost. I tried to withdraw my real money only to see my account has been reduced to £25. At this point they conveniently switched my loses from bonus money to real money. After 1hr on live chat we move on by emails. 4 days later a reply from customer service that if you place a bet higher than £10 (which I placed 2 £25 bets on blackjack) you lose your bonus (£200) clause 10.1.Honestly what absolute nonsense, what kind of casino limits your bets at £10? Absolute scam
