William Hill have just taken £60k from me stating i reversed my winnings and bet on the slots, something I never do!!! Rang to check why my account was empty and they stated its on the way to my bank, rang the next and they stated it had been reversed and played with. I would give 0 if I could went downhill . Being loyal customer just realized how bad service is . Cheating on games nearly pays out anything . Even bets sometimes sneaky way u want to bet this amount and other amount pop out as I placed 4 bets same time apparently ( untrue obviously ) technical issues on settling bet still customer lose on that. Complaint taking ages and never replied . New customers watch out on sneaky tricks. Hopefully uk gambling commission will find something as I'm fed up . I don't mind to lose fairly .
